### Events and Tourism Management

This course integrates the key elements of events and tourism management that allow you to hone a wide range of skills along with practical experiences, recruitment processes and tackling feedback from industry professionals.

*The full course has been developed and delivered by Informatics College Pokhara and has been evaluated and deemed by London Metropolitan university to be of an equivalent standard and quality to that of its own provision, and therefore suitable to lead to one of its own awards.

### Our Entry Requirements

##### Academic Level

- NEB +2 overall aggregate of 2.2 CGPA (55%) or above with each subject (theory and practical) grade D or above, and SEE Mathematics score of C+ ( 55%) or above.
- For A-Levels, a minimum of 3.5 credits and at least a grade D and above.

##### English Proficiency

- English NEB XII Marks ≥ 60% or 2.4 GPA

Applicants not meeting the aforementioned criteria for english can demonstrate their English proficiency
with the following internationally recognised English Tests:

##### For Level 4 or Year 1 BBA

- Pass in General Paper or English Language or IELTS 6 or PTE 57.

All other qualifications are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by London Metropolitan University

In this module you will learn fundamental concepts in computational mathematics, and a particular way of thinking. Both mathematics and computer programming nourish precision thinking, which is necessary for solving problems that require exact solutions. The module also aims to make you a better computer programmer. You will learn the power of mathematical reasoning and acquire the practical skill of programming in Python - a popular programming language used commercially for data processing. Topics taught include sets and relations, number systems, sequences, iterations, Boolean algebra, parity, invariance, finite strategy games, recursion, polynomials, probability, matrices and elementary graph theory.
